What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (or 14 days for EU customers). Read more

Installed, used, or damaged parts; electronic components; fluids, oils, batteries; final sale or custom items. See full policy

How do I initiate a return or refund?

Email info@vinbay.io with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). Returns must be approved before shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after item inspection and approval. Contact us if you haven’t received it after 15 days.

What happens if my part arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours. We’ll assess and issue a replacement or refund if applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does order processing take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delays on custom parts will be communicated. Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

We ship to the UAE, select GCC countries, and internationally. Contact us for custom locations.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping fees are based on weight, size, and destination. Heavy items may require custom quotes.

What are the delivery timeframes?

UAE: 1–3 days. GCC: 3–7 days. Global: 7–14 days. Delays may occur due to customs or courier.

How can I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking number via email once shipped. Contact us if you don’t receive it within 3 days.

Who pays customs, duties, or taxes?

International customers are responsible for import fees. Vinzone isn’t liable for delays or charges at customs.

What if my shipment is lost or misdelivered?

Report within 48 hours of expected delivery. We’ll open an investigation with the courier. Incorrect address entries are customer responsibility.
