Thank you for shopping at VinZone. We are committed to delivering your automotive parts safely and efficiently. Please read the following shipping terms before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Custom or special-order parts may require additional time. We will notify you if this applies.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All cities within the United Arab Emirates

  • Select GCC and international destinations

For countries outside our standard shipping zone, please contact us at info@vinbay.io before placing your order.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and carrier rates.

  • In some cases, you may receive a follow-up email for oversized or heavy shipments requiring manual carrier quotes.


4. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UAE Domestic: 1–3 business days

  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or high shipping demand.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.

  • VinZone is not responsible for any delays or charges resulting from customs inspections or clearance processes.


7. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • If a parcel is marked “delivered” by the courier but you haven't received it, we’ll help you initiate an investigation—but we are not liable for courier-confirmed deliveries.

  • Incorrect address submissions are the buyer's responsibility. Please double-check all shipping details before confirming your order.
