These terms govern your use of vinzone.io and any purchase you make from it. The site and store are operated by Vinzone Auto Spare Parts UAE, trading as VinZone, Industrial Area 5, Second Floor, Office 202, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
1. Who we are
VinZone is an independent retailer of genuine, OEM and aftermarket spare parts for Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar vehicles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorised dealer of Jaguar Land Rover Limited or any other vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer names, model names and original equipment part numbers appear on this site only to identify the vehicles and parts our products fit.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us.
3. Products and fitment
Product photographs are illustrative. The part number and the fitment information on the product page are the definitive description of what you are buying. If you are not certain a part fits your vehicle, send us your VIN before ordering and we will confirm it free of charge.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on this store are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where it applies. The price and any shipping cost shown on the checkout page are the full amount you will be charged. We do not add card surcharges, handling fees or any other charge after checkout. Import duties and local taxes on deliveries outside the UAE are payable by the recipient, as set out in our shipping policy. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, or if a price or description was wrong, we will contact you and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our shipping policy at /policies/shipping-policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and warranty
Your rights to cancel, return, and obtain a repair, replacement or refund are set out in full in our returns and refunds policy at /policies/refund-policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on E-Commerce.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design of this site belong to VinZone or our licensors and may not be copied without our written permission. Manufacturer trade marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Liability
We are responsible for supplying parts that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for fitting or labour costs, loss of use of a vehicle, or other indirect losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes are subject to the courts of Sharjah.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
